He is a New York State licensed home inspector and a certified member (#243534) of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and has completed over 1500 inspections as of May 2007.”
Karl worked in the construction industry at Eastman Kodak Company for more than 37 years. After completing an electrical apprenticeship, he worked in many different supervisory positions and then as construction manager for 13 years on projects ranging from $50,000 to over $15 million.
